Domestic Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping after $150. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and will ship the following business day.  Please allow 2 days to process an order.  Please note that orders placed after 12 pm ET will not be processed until the following business day. Any delays caused by a shipping carrier are beyond the company's control. Therefore, we will not refund any shipping fees or expedited shipping due to any delays caused by the carrier or beyond the company's control. 

When we ship out your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your package and estimated delivery time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping although we are not able to offer free shipping at this time.  Please allow 3-4 business days to process the order. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 12 pm ET will not be processed until the following business day. Any delays caused by a shipping carrier are beyond the company's control. Therefore, we will not refund any shipping fees or expedited shipping due to any delays caused by the carrier or beyond the company's control. 

Any orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the package is the Importer of Record in the destination country, and will be responsible for payment of any associated fees at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate these fees in advance. If you have any questions regarding import fees please contact your local carrier facility.

If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees. 

Domestic Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase in its original condition for a refund less shipping charges.  Please note that once you receive a return label, you have 5 business days to take the item to the post to be returned otherwise the return will be ineligible for a refund. 

All items must be returned in the original condition they were received with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in anyway. Any item marked Final Sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Items marked down 50% or more are always considered Final Sale

We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. If any item contains a defect, than you must notify us within 5 days of receipt otherwise the item is ineligible for a refund, return, exchange, or store credit. 

To initiate a return, please contact info@cellaandflo.com to acquire your shipping label, and provide your order number and reason for your return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece back to us. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund with the prepaid shipping label deducted.

International Returns

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us.  We cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns, pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us, and cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer. We will not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during international shipment so we suggest that customers insure their return shipments.  If the package is lost or damaged it is up to the customer to report and deal directly with the mail carrier used.  

Cella & Flo reserves the right to alter our return, order and shipping policies at any time without notification to the customer.
