Shipping & Returns
We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $150 and free exchanges. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and will ship the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping rates are available at checkout for an additional cost, but please note that orders placed after 12 pm EST will not be processed until the following Monday.
When we ship out your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your package and estimated delivery time.
Domestic Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase in its original condition for a refund less shipping charges. Once a return label is issued, all items must be put into the mail within 4 business days, otherwise we can only offer store credit. All exchanges include free shipping.
All items must be returned in the original condition they were received with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in anyway. Any item marked Final Sale on our website are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Items marked down 40% or more are considered non-returnable, though may be exchanged within the return period. All masks are nonreturnable.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com to acquire your shipping label, and provide your order number and reason for your return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece back to us. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund with the prepaid shipping labels deducted.
Domestic Exchange Policy
To make an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the exchange request. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you and the new item will be issued once the original piece is received.
We offer international shipping through DHL and UPS although we are not able to offer free shipping at this time. Please allow 3-4 business days to process the order. International shipments typically take 4-10 business days to ship. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays, and will ship the following business day.
Any orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the package is the Importer of Record in the destination country, and will be responsible for payment of any associated fees at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate these fees in advance. If you have any questions regarding import fees please contact your local carrier facility.
If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us. We cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns, pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us, and cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer. We will not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during international shipment so we suggest that customers insure their return shipments. If the package is lost or damaged it is up to the customer to report and deal directly with the mail carrier used.
